目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐注射剂对首发脑梗死伴2型糖尿病患者肾功能的影响。方法51例美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表( NIHSS)评分居于6~20分之间的普通首发脑梗死伴2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,治疗组26例,对照组25例,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用丹参多酚酸盐注射剂200 mg/d,连用14 d。检测并对比两组患者治疗前后的尿素氮( BUN)、肌酐( Cr)、胱抑素C(Cys)和β微球蛋白(β-MG)指标的变化。结果两组治疗前肾功能无显著统计学差异(P均>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标的差异则有统计学意义( P均<0.05)。结论丹参多酚对伴2型糖尿病的首发脑梗死患者的肾功能有一定保护作用。

목적:탐토단삼다분산염주사제대수발뇌경사반2형당뇨병환자신공능적영향。방법51례미국국립위생연구원졸중량표( NIHSS)평분거우6~20분지간적보통수발뇌경사반2형당뇨병환자수궤분위량조,치료조26례,대조조25례,균급여상규치료,치료조가용단삼다분산염주사제200 mg/d,련용14 d。검측병대비량조환자치료전후적뇨소담( BUN)、기항( Cr)、광억소C(Cys)화β미구단백(β-MG)지표적변화。결과량조치료전신공능무현저통계학차이(P균>0.05),치료후량조상술지표적차이칙유통계학의의( P균<0.05)。결론단삼다분대반2형당뇨병적수발뇌경사환자적신공능유일정보호작용。
Objective To observe the impact of Salvianolate on renal functions in patients with first-ever ischemic stroke and type 2 diabetes mellitus . Methods Fifty-one diabetic patients with first-ever ischemic stroke ( NIHSS scores ranged from 6 to 20 ) were divided into the Salvianolate group ( n =26 ) and the control group (n=25).Both of them were given conventional treatment for 14 days, meanwhile the Salvianolate group was additionally treated with Salvianolate 200 mg/d intravenous injection .The renal function indexes , such as serum urea nitrogen ( BUN ) , serum creatinine ( Cr ) , cystatin C ( Cys ) , and β-microglobulin (β-MG ) were tested and compared before and after treatment . Results The renal functions had no statistically significant differences before treatment (all P>0.05), however, the results were the opposite after the treatment (all P<0.05). Conclusion The Salvianolate may have some protective impact on the renal function among patients with the first-ever ischemic stroke and type 2 diabetes mellitus .
