面对全球金融危机，以外向型为导向的浙江省制造型企业遭遇了前所未有的困难与挑战。在此背景下，如何加快制造型企业转型升级，浙江省推出“5111工程”，从“修炼内功”开始，提升企业管理水平。文章结合笔者近年来参与的精细化管理评审工作，运用“5M1E”分析工具，构建了制造型企业精细化管理评价体系，并选取10家代表性制造企业就管理推进情况进行实证分析，结论是10家企业中精细化管理示范型企业2家，达标型企业4家，建设型企业4家。

With the global financial crisis,the manufacturing enterprises of export-oriented in Zhejiang province have encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Under this background,how to speed up the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises is very important. Zhejiang province launched the“Project 5111",which is from the beginning of "practicing internal strength",so as to enhance the management level of enterprises. With the author’s review of the refinement of management and "5M1E" analysis tools,this paper constructs the evaluation system of fine management of manufacturing enterprises and selects 10 representatives for the empirical analysis of management process. The conclusion is that in 10 enterprises,demonstration enterprises of refined management are 2,standard enterprises are 4,and construction enterprises are 4.
