Taking the library of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College as the research object, and based on the investigation on the volunteers’ participation in library service in the college concerned, the article analyzes the existing problems and proposes some perfect incentive mechanisms for the interaction of the volunteers’ participation and library service in vocational colleges.
