健美操是一项融健身和艺术于一体的现代体育项目，本文对健美操选项课“男女合班”教学模式中男女生的学习情况进行调查分析。结果表明，相对女生而言，男生对健美操项目了解不够，相对不喜欢现有的教学内容，生理及心理上更存在一定的影响，这些都影响了男生对健美操的学习效果。

Aerobics is a financial fitness and art in one of the modern sports in universities , and it has a positive meaning in Aerobics teaching, in the aerobics course “mixed class” teaching mode, learning their total difference.By using the method of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and interviews and other methods to make a survey and analysis of the situation , the results show that comparing to girls , boys are lack of understand the aerobics;which dislike the current teaching content and is the influence factors of physiology and phychology, and which decrease the male students’ activity to learn it .
