目的 利用综合验光仪研究青少年近视患者的眼动参数与验光方法的关系.方法 随机选取2006年1月至2008年2月在眼科门诊就诊的7~14岁的近视患者208人.先给予HUVITZMRK-3100型电脑验光仪+HUVITZCRT-4000型综合验光仪检查,确定CAMP状态的验光结果后测量眼动参数,包括BCC,PRA,NRA.然后使用睫状肌麻痹剂3d后复查电脑验光再给予综合验光仪主觉验光检查,确定CAMP状态的验光结果,分别记录.结果 分别计算出散瞳前、后的CAMP状态的镜度值(散光度数以有效球镜度计算),然后比较不同的BCC,PRA,NRA值下,散瞳前、后球镜度是否有差异.对于符合BCC值<+0.25D、PRA值>-1.75D、NRA值<+1.75D、NRA值>+2.25D条件之一的青少年确实有必要行散瞳验光检查.结论 综合验光仪测量的眼动参数,对决定青少年近视患者的验光方法具有临床指导意义.
目的 利用綜閤驗光儀研究青少年近視患者的眼動參數與驗光方法的關繫.方法 隨機選取2006年1月至2008年2月在眼科門診就診的7~14歲的近視患者208人.先給予HUVITZMRK-3100型電腦驗光儀+HUVITZCRT-4000型綜閤驗光儀檢查,確定CAMP狀態的驗光結果後測量眼動參數,包括BCC,PRA,NRA.然後使用睫狀肌痳痺劑3d後複查電腦驗光再給予綜閤驗光儀主覺驗光檢查,確定CAMP狀態的驗光結果,分彆記錄.結果 分彆計算齣散瞳前、後的CAMP狀態的鏡度值(散光度數以有效毬鏡度計算),然後比較不同的BCC,PRA,NRA值下,散瞳前、後毬鏡度是否有差異.對于符閤BCC值<+0.25D、PRA值>-1.75D、NRA值<+1.75D、NRA值>+2.25D條件之一的青少年確實有必要行散瞳驗光檢查.結論 綜閤驗光儀測量的眼動參數,對決定青少年近視患者的驗光方法具有臨床指導意義.

Objective To study the relationship between ocoulomotor function response and the optometry method with phoroptrr in juvenile myopes. Methods From January, 2006 to February, 2008, 208 juvenile myopes between 7-14 years old were included in this study. After the CAMP was determined, the o-coulomotor function including BCC, PRA, NRA was measured with HUVTTZ MRK-3100 auto refract ker-atometer and HUVTTZ CRT-4000 phoroptor. Cycloplegic eye drops were used for 3 days, then do the examinations again and subjective refraction with phoroptor, CAMP states were determined and recorded. Results The CAMP diopter before and after cycloplegia was calculated, compared the difference between before and after cycloplegia under the different BCC, PRA, NRA values. It was necessary for the juvenile myopes whose BCC<+0.25D, PRA>-1.75D, NRA<+1.75D, NRA>+2.25D to do the cycloplegia optometry examinations. Conclusions The ocoulomotor function measured by phoroptor for juvenile myopes has important clinical indicating significance to determine the optometry method.
