目的：调查分析糖尿病患者（DM）、糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者、增生性DR（PDR）患者以及非增生性DR（NPDR）患者的中医体质特征，分析其易感体质。方法：采用标准化的调查表对DM、DR、PDR、NPDR患者进行中医体质类型辨识。结果：DM患者中医体质类型构成以痰湿质、阴虚质、气虚质为主，DR患者以气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质为主，PDR患者以阳虚质、气虚质、阴虚质为主，NPDR患者以气虚质、阴虚质、阳虚质为主。结论：体质决定机体对疾病的易感性。
목적：조사분석당뇨병환자（DM）、당뇨병시망막병변（DR）환자、증생성DR（PDR）환자이급비증생성DR（NPDR）환자적중의체질특정，분석기역감체질。방법：채용표준화적조사표대DM、DR、PDR、NPDR환자진행중의체질류형변식。결과：DM환자중의체질류형구성이담습질、음허질、기허질위주，DR환자이기허질、양허질、음허질위주，PDR환자이양허질、기허질、음허질위주，NPDR환자이기허질、음허질、양허질위주。결론：체질결정궤체대질병적역감성。
Objective:To investigate the TCM constitution features of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM),diabetic retinopathy(DR),prolifertive diabetic retinopathy(PDR),or non-prolifertive diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)and to analyze their susceptible constitution. Methods:TCM constitution types of patients with DM,DR,PDR and NPDR were analyzed by standardized questionnaire. Results:Phlegmatic hygrosis constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution and Qi-deficiency constitution were major TCM constitution types of patients with DM. Qi-deficiency constitution,Yang-deficiency constitu-tion and Yin-deficiency constitution were major TCM constitution types of patients with DR. Yang-deficiency constitu-tion,Qi-deficiency constitution and Yin-deficiency constitution were major TCM constitution types of patients with PDR. Qi-deficiency constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution and Yang-deficiency constitution were major TCM constitution types of patients with NPDR. Conclusions:Constitution could determine the susceptibility to disease.
