目的:优化中药复方降脂颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验探讨乙醇浓度、加醇量、回流次数、提取时间等因素对中药复方降脂颗粒提取工艺中药物有效成分总黄酮的影响。结果:优选出乙醇回流提取最佳工艺条件为用20倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。平均得膏率为12.5%,总黄酮含量为4.49%。结论:经工艺验证证明该工艺稳定可行。

목적:우화중약복방강지과립적제취공예조건。방법:채용정교시험탐토을순농도、가순량、회류차수、제취시간등인소대중약복방강지과립제취공예중약물유효성분총황동적영향。결과:우선출을순회류제취최가공예조건위용20배량70%을순,회류제취2차,매차1.5 h。평균득고솔위12.5%,총황동함량위4.49%。결론:경공예험증증명해공예은정가행。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Fufang Jiangzhi granule. Methods:The effect factors of temper-ature,time of extraction,volume of ethanol and concentration of ethanol to solvent on flavonoids extracted from Fufang Jiangzhi granule were studied through orthogonal test. Results:The optimum extracting conditions of Fufang Jiangzhi gran-ule were as follows:adding 20 times quantity of 70% ethanol,boiling 2 times and 1.5 hour each time. Under the above conditions,rate of extractum was 12.5%,percent content of flavonoids was 4.49%. Conclusion:This technological process is stable and feasible.
