目的:观察啤酒花对朱砂莲所致肾毒性的拮抗作用。方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为空白组,朱砂莲大、中、小剂量组,干啤酒花合朱砂莲高、中、低剂量组以及鲜啤酒花合朱砂莲高、中、低剂量组10组,除空白对照组灌服等量生理盐水,其余全部灌服相应药液,每日1次,连续60 d,观察各组大鼠碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血肌酐(Scr)、溶菌酶(LYS)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量等生化指标水平的变化。结果:干啤酒花配伍朱砂莲各剂量组AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS含量与朱砂莲高剂量组比较均明显下降。鲜啤酒花配伍朱砂莲各剂量组与朱砂莲高剂量组比较AKP含量明显下降。鲜啤酒花配伍朱砂莲高、中剂量组与朱砂莲高剂量组β2-MG含量比较明显下降(P<0.05)。与鲜啤酒花配伍朱砂莲相应的各剂量组比较,干啤酒花配伍朱砂莲相对应的各剂量组AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS含量均有不同程度的降低。结论:啤酒花在一定程度上能够缓解朱砂莲的肾毒性。
目的:觀察啤酒花對硃砂蓮所緻腎毒性的拮抗作用。方法:將120隻SD大鼠隨機分為空白組,硃砂蓮大、中、小劑量組,榦啤酒花閤硃砂蓮高、中、低劑量組以及鮮啤酒花閤硃砂蓮高、中、低劑量組10組,除空白對照組灌服等量生理鹽水,其餘全部灌服相應藥液,每日1次,連續60 d,觀察各組大鼠堿性燐痠酶(AKP)、血肌酐(Scr)、溶菌酶(LYS)、β2-微毬蛋白(β2-MG)含量等生化指標水平的變化。結果:榦啤酒花配伍硃砂蓮各劑量組AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS含量與硃砂蓮高劑量組比較均明顯下降。鮮啤酒花配伍硃砂蓮各劑量組與硃砂蓮高劑量組比較AKP含量明顯下降。鮮啤酒花配伍硃砂蓮高、中劑量組與硃砂蓮高劑量組β2-MG含量比較明顯下降(P<0.05)。與鮮啤酒花配伍硃砂蓮相應的各劑量組比較,榦啤酒花配伍硃砂蓮相對應的各劑量組AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS含量均有不同程度的降低。結論:啤酒花在一定程度上能夠緩解硃砂蓮的腎毒性。
목적:관찰비주화대주사련소치신독성적길항작용。방법:장120지SD대서수궤분위공백조,주사련대、중、소제량조,간비주화합주사련고、중、저제량조이급선비주화합주사련고、중、저제량조10조,제공백대조조관복등량생리염수,기여전부관복상응약액,매일1차,련속60 d,관찰각조대서감성린산매(AKP)、혈기항(Scr)、용균매(LYS)、β2-미구단백(β2-MG)함량등생화지표수평적변화。결과:간비주화배오주사련각제량조AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS함량여주사련고제량조비교균명현하강。선비주화배오주사련각제량조여주사련고제량조비교AKP함량명현하강。선비주화배오주사련고、중제량조여주사련고제량조β2-MG함량비교명현하강(P<0.05)。여선비주화배오주사련상응적각제량조비교,간비주화배오주사련상대응적각제량조AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS함량균유불동정도적강저。결론:비주화재일정정도상능구완해주사련적신독성。
Objective:To observe antagonism of hops to the renal toxicity induced by Radix aristolochiae kaempferi. Method:120 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group;large,medium and small dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi groups;large,medium and small dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi combined with dry hops groups and large,medium and small dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi combined with fresh beer groups.The rats in blank group were taken isometric physiological saline,the rats in other groups were administrated by corresponding medicine,for 60 days successively. AKP,Scr,LYS,β2-microglobulin biochemical indexes were examined. Result:Compared with high dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi group,contents of AKP、Scr、β2-MG、LYS were decreased in Radix aristolochiae kaempferi combined with dry hops groups;β2-microglobulin biochemical was decreased in large,medium dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi combined with fresh beer groups (P<0.05). AKP was lower in large,medium,small dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi combined with fresh beer groups than that in high dosage of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi group. Conclusion:Hops can alleviate the renal toxicity of Radix aristolochiae kaempferi in a certain extent.
