Youguiyin%rheumatoid arthritis%rat
目的:观察右归饮抗类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠膝关节骨吸收的疗效。方法:SD大鼠60只随机分为空白对照组、模型组、右归饮组、甲氨蝶呤组。8w后处死大鼠,获取膝关节标本,检测膝关节骨密度值,拍摄其钼靶片,并行病理检测。结果:与模型组比较,右归饮组、甲氨蝶呤组大鼠膝关节骨密度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钼靶片示以上二组骨小梁较致密;镜检示右归饮、甲氨蝶呤均能抑制膝关节软骨破坏及炎症细胞浸润。上述作用右归饮优于甲氨蝶呤。结论:右归饮通过抑制RA大鼠膝关节软骨破坏,抑制炎细胞浸润而发挥抗RA大鼠膝关节骨吸收的作用。

목적:관찰우귀음항류풍습성관절염(RA)대서슬관절골흡수적료효。방법:SD대서60지수궤분위공백대조조、모형조、우귀음조、갑안접령조。8w후처사대서,획취슬관절표본,검측슬관절골밀도치,박섭기목파편,병행병리검측。결과:여모형조비교,우귀음조、갑안접령조대서슬관절골밀도승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);목파편시이상이조골소량교치밀;경검시우귀음、갑안접령균능억제슬관절연골파배급염증세포침윤。상술작용우귀음우우갑안접령。결론:우귀음통과억제RA대서슬관절연골파배,억제염세포침윤이발휘항RA대서슬관절골흡수적작용。
Objective:To observe the effect of Youguiyin on bone resorption of knee joint of rats with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Youguiyin group and methotrexate group. 8 w later,rats were sacrificed and samples of knee joint were obtained. Bone density detection and pathological examination of knee joint were underwent,and x-ray of molybdenum target of knee joint was shot. Result:Compared with model group, bone mineral density of knee joint was increased in Youguiyin group and methotrexate group (P<0.05). X-ray of molybde-num target indicated:bone trabecula in Youguiyin group and methotrexate group was more compacter than that in model group. Microscopic examination indicated that Youguiyin and methotrexate could inhibit cartilage destroy and inflammatory cell infiltration of knee joint. Effects of Youguiyin were better than those of methotrexate. Conclusion:Youguiyin could re-strain bone resorption through inhibiting cartilage destroy and inflammatory cell infiltration of knee joint of RA rats.
