随着物联网及相关信息技术的发展，文章在现有电网资产管理基础上，从三个方面提出电网资产全寿命周期管理策略：基本策略、管理规范化手段多样化及强化管理手段，并分别描述了具体方法或流程；最后给出了设备资产全寿命追踪与管理整体流程。

Under the background of the development of internet of things and information technology , this article provided life cycle asset management strategies of power network from three aspects , namely, basic strategy, management standardization and means diversification as well as management enhancement. Meanwhile, it described some specific measures and processes respectively from three aspects mentioned above. At last, the article put forward the overall process of life cycle tracking and management of equipment asset.
