小额贷款公司为中小企业、“三农”及个体工商户提供金融服务，改善了农村金融体系，促进了浙江经济发展。为量化浙江省小额贷款公司对经济增长的贡献，文章以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础，建立了小额贷款公司对浙江经济贡献模型，并采用小额贷款公司运行和浙江省经济发展的实际数据进行实证研究，表明小额贷款公司使得实际资本投入总量增加，并对浙江经济贡献显著。实证结果提示，应积极发展面向中小企业和“三农”的小额贷款公司，以小额贷款公司为载体吸收更多的民间资本，实现小额贷款公司对区域经济的特殊贡献。

Micro-credit companies provide finance services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), agriculture, farmers and rural areas, individual industrial and commercial households, which has improved the rural financial system and promote the economic development in Zhejiang. Based on Cobb-Douglas production function, the model of the contributions of micro-credit companies to Zhejiang economy was established for the quantification of the contribution of micro-credit companies to regional economic growth in Zhejiang Province. The empirical study on the actual data of micro-credit companies’ operation and economic development in Zhejiang province showed that the micro-credit companies aggregated the actual capital investment and contributed significantly to Zhejiang economy. The results of empirical research indicated that micro-credit companies should be positively developed for the SMEs, agriculture, farmers and rural areas. Thus more private capital could be absorbed by micro-credit companies to realize the micro-credit companies special contribution to the regional economy.
