通过对政府补偿模式与市场补偿模式的比较协调来分析生态补偿市场化制度的合理逻辑性，结合浙江生态补偿实践经验及存在的诸如法律位阶不高、补偿形式单一、资金来源狭窄等问题，进一步提出了完善立法、以“造血型”生态补偿为主的补偿方式、拓宽生态补偿资金来源等完善生态补偿市场化的合理建议。
通過對政府補償模式與市場補償模式的比較協調來分析生態補償市場化製度的閤理邏輯性，結閤浙江生態補償實踐經驗及存在的諸如法律位階不高、補償形式單一、資金來源狹窄等問題，進一步提齣瞭完善立法、以“造血型”生態補償為主的補償方式、拓寬生態補償資金來源等完善生態補償市場化的閤理建議。

Analyzed the reasonable logic of the market-based ecological compensation system by comparing and coordinating government compensation mode and market compensation mode, combining the practical experience of ecological compensation in Zhejiang with the questions that the legal rank was low; the form of compensation was single; the source of fund was limited, proposed further logical recommendations to perfect the market-based ecological compensation system, such as strengthening the legislative, providing creation compensation, widening the source of fund.
