法国早期核电厂设计时考虑了各个区域的消防灭火的要求,侧重在消防灭火的影响,而火灾对机组控制的影响考虑不多。法国核电厂在采用SOP(状态导向法事故处理规程)后,对电站的消防进行了重新考虑,考虑了火灾对安全或者安全相关系统影响,并因此设计了新的电站规程(DOIS和FAIOp),提升了电厂在火灾时的响应水平,改善了绩效。本文分析法国电力公司(EDF)电厂火灾响应规程的发展过程、分析其转换的条件以及带来的优势,对比了国内岭澳核电厂二期(简称LAII)实施的过程和经验,给出国内核电厂实施相关改进的建议。

Early designed French nuclear power station considered only protection measures against fire,and fire extinction was accomplished by fire fighting action sheet.Later,when EDF made its emergency operation procedure transition from EOP(Event Oriented Procedure) to SOP(State Oriented Procedure).Furthermore,measures including engineering modification together with associated unit control procedures(DOIS and FAIOP) were studied and integrated into SOP.These helped to improve ifre ifghting response while enhancing the performance.The article analyses and contrasts the development process,condition,and sub-sequential advantage between EDF and LingAo II Nuclear Power station,and provides some modiifcation arrangement for domestic NPP.
