不同含水状态下的杨木实木梁蠕变试验结果表明:与恒湿蠕变行为和结果仅受均恒含水量影响所不同的是,变湿蠕变的主要动因在于含水梯度差及其动态变化;吸湿蠕变产生的“回复”实质上应该是负挠度。同时发现:变湿蠕变挠度主要发生在含水梯度差最大和急速变化的变湿初期;吸湿蠕变产生的并不全是负挠度。变湿蠕变行为和结果及其与恒湿蠕变之间的显著差异应该得到实木梁设计、制造、使用者和标准制订者的足够重视。
不同含水狀態下的楊木實木樑蠕變試驗結果錶明:與恆濕蠕變行為和結果僅受均恆含水量影響所不同的是,變濕蠕變的主要動因在于含水梯度差及其動態變化;吸濕蠕變產生的“迴複”實質上應該是負撓度。同時髮現:變濕蠕變撓度主要髮生在含水梯度差最大和急速變化的變濕初期;吸濕蠕變產生的併不全是負撓度。變濕蠕變行為和結果及其與恆濕蠕變之間的顯著差異應該得到實木樑設計、製造、使用者和標準製訂者的足夠重視。
불동함수상태하적양목실목량연변시험결과표명:여항습연변행위화결과부수균항함수량영향소불동적시,변습연변적주요동인재우함수제도차급기동태변화;흡습연변산생적“회복”실질상응해시부뇨도。동시발현:변습연변뇨도주요발생재함수제도차최대화급속변화적변습초기;흡습연변산생적병불전시부뇨도。변습연변행위화결과급기여항습연변지간적현저차이응해득도실목량설계、제조、사용자화표준제정자적족구중시。
Consequences from the experiments of the creep of the solid wood beam of poplar in different mois-ture conditions stressed that,unlike the behavior of and result from the creep in constant humidity which was affect-ed only by the uniform moisture content,the principle dynamics of the creep in varying humidity was the moisture gradient which was changing.It was pointed out that the creep “recovery”during the adsorption was the negative deflection in truth.Meanwhile it was found out that most of the deflection of the creep in varying humidity happened in the initial varying stage when the moisture gradient was maximum and sharply changing;and the creep deflection during adsorption was not always negative.Sufficient attention should be paid by the designers,manufacturers, users and code makers for solid wood beam to the behavior and result of the creep in varying humidity and its sound difference from that in constant humidity.
