研究γ-环糊精包合联苯肼酯的制备工艺。以γ-环糊精与联苯肼酯的物质的量之比、包合时间、包合温度为考察因素,以包合物收率和联苯肼酯包合率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺,确定最佳包合工艺条件为n(γ-环糊精)∶n(联苯肼酯)=1∶1,搅拌时间为5 h,包合温度为30℃。该工艺联苯肼酯包合率及包合物收率较高,包合效果良好。
研究γ-環糊精包閤聯苯肼酯的製備工藝。以γ-環糊精與聯苯肼酯的物質的量之比、包閤時間、包閤溫度為攷察因素,以包閤物收率和聯苯肼酯包閤率的綜閤評分為評價指標,採用正交試驗優選工藝,確定最佳包閤工藝條件為n(γ-環糊精)∶n(聯苯肼酯)=1∶1,攪拌時間為5 h,包閤溫度為30℃。該工藝聯苯肼酯包閤率及包閤物收率較高,包閤效果良好。

The optimum inclusion process conditions for bifenzate usingγ-cyclodextrin were studied. The inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the mole ratio ofγ-cyclodextrin to bifenzate, inclusion time, inclusion temperature as factors and with the yield and the inclusion rate as indexes for evaluation. The optimum inclusion conditions were established as the follow:n(γ-cyclodextrin)∶n(bifenazate)=1∶1, the inclusion temperature at 30℃ for 5 h. The technology was effective with high yield and inclusion rate.
