以2-氯-3-氰基吡啶为起始原料,设计并合成了一系列1,3,4-噻二唑取代的N-(噻吩并吡啶)乙酰胺类新化合物。所有化合物或中间体结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和MS确认。初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有较高的抑菌或杀虫活性。
以2-氯-3-氰基吡啶為起始原料,設計併閤成瞭一繫列1,3,4-噻二唑取代的N-(噻吩併吡啶)乙酰胺類新化閤物。所有化閤物或中間體結構經1H NMR、13C NMR、IR和MS確認。初步生物活性測試結果錶明,部分化閤物具有較高的抑菌或殺蟲活性。

A series of novel N-(thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)acetamide compounds with substituent of 1,3,4-thiadiazole were designed and synthesized starting from 2-chloronicotinonitrile. The structures of all target compounds or intermediates were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS. The preliminary bioassay results showed that some of the compounds exhibited antifungal&insecticidal activities.
