目的：探讨宫颈病变组织中P27和PTEN 蛋白的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测90例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（ CINⅠ～CINⅢ）、28例宫颈鳞癌组织和22例慢性宫颈炎鳞状上皮组织中 P27和PTEN蛋白的表达。结果 P27和PTEN蛋白的表达强度从CINⅠ～CINⅢ组到SCC组逐渐降低，呈正相关（P＜0．05）。结论随着病变级别的升高（从CINⅠ-CINⅢ到SCC），两者的表达趋势逐渐降低，提示它可能在宫颈癌的发展的过程中起重要作用，可作为预测CIN转归的指标。
목적：탐토궁경병변조직중P27화PTEN 단백적표체정황급림상의의。방법채용면역조화검측90례궁경상피내류양병변（ CINⅠ～CINⅢ）、28례궁경린암조직화22례만성궁경염린상상피조직중 P27화PTEN단백적표체。결과 P27화PTEN단백적표체강도종CINⅠ～CINⅢ조도SCC조축점강저，정정상관（P＜0．05）。결론수착병변급별적승고（종CINⅠ-CINⅢ도SCC），량자적표체추세축점강저，제시타가능재궁경암적발전적과정중기중요작용，가작위예측CIN전귀적지표。
Objective To explore the expression of P 27 and PTEN in the cervical lesion tissue and their Significance .Methods The expression of PTEN and P27 protein in 90 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia disorders ,28 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma and 22 cases of chronic cervicitis squamous epithelium tissue were detected by Immunohistochemical method ,respectively .Results The ex-pression of PTEN and P27 protein decreased from the CIN I-CIN III group to the SCC group,gradually.It appeared to be positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion With the increase of lesion level ,the expression of PTEN and P27 protein is gradually reduced ,suggesting it may play an important role in the process of the development of cervical cancer .It can be used as a prediction index of CIN outcome .
