目的：观察PCNA p16在不同的宫颈病变中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P检测法，检测宫颈组织石蜡包埋标本108例（ LCIN22例、HCIN22例和SC64例） PCNA p16的表达状况。结果 p16的表达强度从LCIN组、HCIN组到SC组逐渐增强，呈正相关（Gamma＝0．568，P＜0．01）。结论随着病变级别的升高（从LCIN，HCIN到SC），PCNA p16的表达呈增高趋势，提示其在宫颈癌的发展过程中起重要作用，可作为预测CIN转归的指标，PCNA p16可能是宫颈癌早期诊断的重要标记物。
목적：관찰PCNA p16재불동적궁경병변중적표체정황。방법채용면역조직화학S-P검측법，검측궁경조직석사포매표본108례（ LCIN22례、HCIN22례화SC64례） PCNA p16적표체상황。결과 p16적표체강도종LCIN조、HCIN조도SC조축점증강，정정상관（Gamma＝0．568，P＜0．01）。결론수착병변급별적승고（종LCIN，HCIN도SC），PCNA p16적표체정증고추세，제시기재궁경암적발전과정중기중요작용，가작위예측CIN전귀적지표，PCNA p16가능시궁경암조기진단적중요표기물。
Objective To explore the role of PCNA p16 in oncogenesis progression of cervical cancer .Methods SP method of immunochemistry was employed to investigate the expression of PCNA p 16 in 108 cervical tissue paraffin blocks including 22 LCIN,22 HCIN and 64 SC.Results PCNA p16 expression of intensity grows stronger from LCIN ,HCIN to SC groups in means of positive relation ( r=0. 568,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of PCNA p16 is upregulated gradually,and correlated with pathological grade (LCIN,HCIN and SC) ,which probably indicates the over expressions of PCNA p 16 are associated with the development of cervical cancer ,and they would be predict a biomarker of squeal of CIN .PCNA p16,could be a better biomarker for early diagnose of the cervical cancer .
