目的：探讨亚甲蓝治疗顽固性肋间神经痛的临床效果。方法对45例顽固性肋间神经痛患者采用0．2％的亚甲蓝复合液行肋间神经阻滞，观察镇痛疗效。结果45例患者显效27例，有效18例，总有效率100％，疼痛程度治疗前后相比，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞应用于顽固性肋间神经痛安全、有效、操作简单、物美价廉，能消除或长期缓解疼痛，值得临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토아갑람치료완고성륵간신경통적림상효과。방법대45례완고성륵간신경통환자채용0．2％적아갑람복합액행륵간신경조체，관찰진통료효。결과45례환자현효27례，유효18례，총유효솔100％，동통정도치료전후상비，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론아갑람륵간신경조체응용우완고성륵간신경통안전、유효、조작간단、물미개렴，능소제혹장기완해동통，치득림상엄범응용。
Objective To research the therapeutic effect of methylene blue on stubborn intercostals neuralgia .Methods Forty-five cases of patients suffered stubborn intercostals neuralgia were treated by intercostals nerve block with methylene blue (0.2%) compound liquid,then,to observe the analgesic effect .Results Therapeutic effect was outstanding on 27 patients and was effective on 18 patients,total effective rate of 100%.The degree of pain before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Methylene blue could be used to block intercostals nerve ,what is applied to stubborn intercostals neuralgia ,safely,effectively,simple operat-ing,good and inexpensive ,could eliminate or relieve pain for a long time ,worthy of clinical application widely .
