目的：探讨S100 A4和MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达及其在胃癌侵袭及转移过程中的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测80例胃癌组织以及50例正常胃黏膜组织中S100A4，MMP-9的表达，并分析两者在两种组织中的表达差异。结果 S100A4，MMP-9在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织，二者在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为56．2％，60．0％．S-100A4与肿瘤的淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关，MMP-9表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关，S100A4，MMP-9在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r＝0．385，P＜0．05）。结论 S100A4和MMP-9与胃癌的侵袭及转移有关，联合检测二者有助于评定胃癌患者的转移及预后。
목적：탐토S100 A4화MMP-9재위암조직중적표체급기재위암침습급전이과정중적상관성。방법응용면역조직화학법검측80례위암조직이급50례정상위점막조직중S100A4，MMP-9적표체，병분석량자재량충조직중적표체차이。결과 S100A4，MMP-9재위암조직중적양성표체솔명현고우정상조직，이자재위암조직중적양성표체솔분별위56．2％，60．0％．S-100A4여종류적림파결전이、TNM분기밀절상관，MMP-9표체여종류적분화정도、침윤정도、림파결전이급TNM분기밀절상관，S100A4，MMP-9재위암조직중적표체정정상관（r＝0．385，P＜0．05）。결론 S100A4화MMP-9여위암적침습급전이유관，연합검측이자유조우평정위암환자적전이급예후。
Objective To investigate the expression of S 100A4 and MMP-9 protein in gastric carcinoma , and their correlation with the invasiveness and metastasis of gastric cancer .Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of S 100A4 and MMP-9 in 80 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 50 cases of normal tissues . Results The positive rates of S100A4 and MMP-9 protein in gastric cancer tissues were obviously higher than that in normal tissues.The positive rates of the them in gastric cancer tissues were 56.2%,60.0%.The expressions of S100A4 was closely related with differentiation , depth of invasion , lymph node metastasis and TNM stage , and MMP-9 was was closely related with the lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric carcinoma .S100 A4 and MMP-9 was positively correlated in gastric cancer(r=0.385,P<0.05).Conclusion S100A4 and MMP-9 proteins are correlated with inva-siveness and metastasis of gastric cancer .The combined examination of the two molecules could be used to evaluate the metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer patients .
