目的：探讨卡泊三醇治疗前后银屑病皮损中Caspase-3和bcl-2中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化技术对12例银屑病患者经卡泊三醇治疗前后皮损及非皮损区皮肤中Caspase-3和bcl-2表达进行检测。结果经卡泊三醇治疗后银屑病患者皮损角质形成细胞中bcl-2的表达明显增加（P＜0.05），Caspase-3的表达无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论卡泊三醇治疗银屑病的可能作用机制之一是促进bcl-2诱导角质形成细胞的凋亡。
목적：탐토잡박삼순치료전후은설병피손중Caspase-3화bcl-2중적표체급의의。방법채용면역조화기술대12례은설병환자경잡박삼순치료전후피손급비피손구피부중Caspase-3화bcl-2표체진행검측。결과경잡박삼순치료후은설병환자피손각질형성세포중bcl-2적표체명현증가（P＜0.05），Caspase-3적표체무명현차이（P＞0.05）。결론잡박삼순치료은설병적가능작용궤제지일시촉진bcl-2유도각질형성세포적조망。
Objective To explore the expression of Caspase-3 and bcl-2 before and after calcipotriol treatment of psoriasis and their signiifcance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the expression of Caspase-3 and bcl-2 in the lesional and non-lesional skin in 12 cases of psoriasis patients before and after the treatment of calcipotriol. Results The expression of bcl-2 in psoriatic keratinocytes signiifcantly increased after calcipotriol treatment (P<0.05), meanwhile the expression of Caspase-3 showed no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Promoting bcl-2 induced keratinocyte apoptosis may be one of the mechanisms of calcipotriol treating psoriasis.
