随着《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2012、《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2010、《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》JGJ3-2010、《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010-2010等规范的更新，PKPM 2010版与PKPM 2008(2005)版的结构设计参数与设计理论也发生了明显的变化。为使新规范下的PKPM 2010版的结构设计参数与设计理论更好地用于指导工程实践。通过“海拉尔区某小区2#楼”结构设计实践经验与结构设计参数的设定要求对比总结，对PKPM设计参数进行了应用分析研究。为高层PKPM 2010中SATWE结构设计参数提供更好的理论基础和依据。

With the "Structural Load Code" GB50009-2012,"Seismic Design Code" GB50011-2010,“the concrete structures technical regulations of the high-rise building “JGJ3-2010,and “the design code of concrete structures “GB50010-2010 etc specification update,the structural design parameters and design theory of the PKPM-2010 and PKPM 2008 (2005) versions have also changed significantly. Under the new norms , the structural design parameters and design theory of the PKPM 2010 version guide engineering practice better. Through comparing "hailar district some plot 2 # floor" structure design experience and the set requirements of structural design parameters , which analysis and research the PKPM design parameters in the application. The SATWE structure design parameters of the high-level PKPM2010 has been provided a better theoretical basis and foundation.
