生产实习阶段的实习生,正是学生们即将完成在校学习走入社会的关键阶段,面临着社会各方面的考验及就业压力,他们面对困难与压力的心理状态程度会直接影响着工作效率,尤其是护理专业的学生,面对人们日益增长的健康需求和对人们生命尊重的需要,如何面对压力及困难调整好自身心态,为今后走上健康服务工作岗位做好准备。现调查了护理专业生产实习阶段不同学历实习生的特质应对方式,并与常模进行比较,分析他们应对压力及困难的心理状态,发现本科生与大专实习学生面对压力存在着不同的应对方式,为教育事业尤其是护理教育者针对性改进教学方法及手段,提高学生心理素质,注重培养学生专业人格角色提出干预方案。

The production internship stage is a critical stage for interns. This stage nearing complete the school study and enters the society, they faced with the test of all society aspects and employment pressure. The psychological states they face with difficulties and pressures will directly affect the work efficiency. Especially for nursing students, they faced with the requirement of growing health and respect for people’s lives, how to deal with stress and difficulties, ad-just their own state of mind is very important for them ready to undertake health services jobs in future. This paper in-vestigates the coping ways of different degree nursing intern’s traits during production internship period, compares with the norm mode, and analyzes their mental state when coping with stresses and difficulties, the author found that the cop-ing ways of undergraduates and college student are different. The paper provides intervention methods and means for educational enterprise, especially nursing educators to improve teaching, enhance students’psychological quality, and to foster students’professional personality characters.
