目的:研究滋补健身方剂塔本文都苏(TBWDS)水煎剂对D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老模型小鼠血清抗氧化指标的影响.方法:40只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、TBWDS高、低剂量组,用D-半乳糖连续皮下注射复制衰老小鼠模型,连续灌胃60天.结果:TBWDS水煎剂能显著降低D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型小鼠血清的丙二醛(MDA)含量( P<0.01),能明显升高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:TBWDS水煎剂可通过抗氧化作用从而延缓衰老.

Objective:To study the effects of tonic prescriptions Tabenwendusu (TBWDS) solution on serum antioxi-dant index of D-galactose induced subacute aging mice. Methods:40 mice were randomly divided into normal control group, aging model group, TBWDS low and high dose groups. The subacute aging model mice were induced by injecting with D-galactose subcutaneously for 60 days. Results: TBWDS could significantly increase the levels of SOD and T-AOC and obviously decrease the MDA content in serum of mice (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:TBWDS can im-prove the anti-oxidative ability of aging rat, delay aging of body.
