目的：观察钩型小针刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效。方法将Ⅲ度及Ⅳ度的屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者200例,随机分为小针刀组和封闭组,进行治疗效果临床对比分析。结果经6~12个月随访,小针刀组优良率99.11%,封闭组优良率82.86%,两组经χ2检验,χ2=17.91,两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论钩型小针刀疗法治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎,治疗简单,费用低,一般一次即可治愈,无毒副作用,符合中医的简、便、廉、验的特点,可作为首选方法,值得临床推广。
목적：관찰구형소침도치료굴지기건협착성건초염적료효。방법장Ⅲ도급Ⅳ도적굴지기건협착성건초염환자200례,수궤분위소침도조화봉폐조,진행치료효과림상대비분석。결과경6~12개월수방,소침도조우량솔99.11%,봉폐조우량솔82.86%,량조경χ2검험,χ2=17.91,량조우량솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론구형소침도요법치료협착성건초염,치료간단,비용저,일반일차즉가치유,무독부작용,부합중의적간、편、렴、험적특점,가작위수선방법,치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of small hook knife in the treatment of flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis. Methods 200 cases of grade III and IV degree of flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis were randomly divided into intrathecal injection group and small needle knife group for comparative clinical effectiveness analysis. Results 6~12 months follow-up, small needle knife group set good rate of 99.11%, intrathecal injection group set good rate of 82.86%, the two groups by theχ2 test,χ2=17.91,two relatively good rate there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Small hook knife for stenosis tenosynovitis therapy, it is simple, low cost, generally once cured, non-toxic side effects, in line with TCM, it is simple, convenient, cheap, effective band can be used as the preferred method, worthy of promotion.
