目的:通过动脉血气分析仪检测动脉全血电解质和血生化仪检测静脉血清电解质,探寻两种方法检测结果之间存在的关系。方法随机配对研究,随机选取98例住院患者。于患者住院期间某一时间分别同时进行动脉血气分析和血生化仪检测静脉血清电解质,比较动脉血气分析和静脉血清生化血钠(Na+)、血钾(K+)、血钙(Ca2+)结果的差异,通过散点图分析两种检测方法之间的关系,最后纳入线性回归分析进一步明确两者的相关度(r)及回归方程。以P<0.01为具有统计学差异。结果98例患者动脉血气分析仪和血生化仪检测的Na+,K+,Ca2+比较均存在统计学差异,P<0.001。两者Na+,K+检验结果成正相关,而Ca2+结果无相关性,动静脉血Na+、K+相关度r分别为0.940,0.930。进一步的线性回归分析得出回归方程分别为静脉血Na+(mmol/L)=1.04×动脉血Na++0.170,静脉血K+(mmol/L)=1.083×动脉血K++0.360。结论动脉血气分析仪和血生化仪检测动脉全血和静脉血清Na+,K+,Ca2+有显著差异,但动脉全血Na+,K+可以通过回归方程的转换算出接近静脉血清的结果。

Objective To explore the relationship of patients' electrolyte results between arterial blood and venous serum de-tected by arterial blood gas analyzer and blood biochemistry analyzer. Methods According to randomly matched research. 98 pa-tients were selected. The electrolyte parameters were detected by arterial blood gas analyzer and blood biochemistry analyzer re-spectively at a same certain time. The results of serum sodium (Na+), potassium (K+) and calcium (Ca2+) from the two analyzers were analyzed. The relationship between them was analyzed through scatter chart and linear regression analysis. If the p-value is under 0.05, results were considered statistically significant. Results Levels of Na+, K+and Ca2+between arterial blood gas analyzer and blood biochemical analyzer were statistical different (P<0.001). However, for the results of Na+and K+, there was a significant posi-tive correlation between the data from different sources. The correlation coefficients of Na+and K+in arterial blood were 0.940, and 0.930 respectively. Further linear regression analysis reveled that regression equation for Na+in venous blood serum was: Venous Na+(mmol/L)=1.04×Artery Na++0.170, and that for K+in venous was:Venous K+(mmol/L)=1.083×Artery K++0.360. Conclusion The Na+, K+and Ca2+results of artetial blood and venous blood serum detected by arterial blood gas analyzer and blood biochemistry analyzer have significant differences, but the values of Na+, K+in arterial blood can transform by the regression equation from ve-nous serum values.
