贮存寿命是武器装备系统及组件的重要质量特性，正确评估武器系统寿命可提高武器战备可用性并大大减少后勤保障费用。通过开展伺服液压源用弹性组件贮存寿命静力试验技术的研究，采用SmartTest COMPACT自动加载系统连续采集弹性组件位移载荷变化数据，掌握该组件在贮存中的刚度变化规律。通过多次试验，分析处理采集数据，利用数理统计方法对该组件贮存寿命进行了评估，为伺服液压源用弹性组件的贮存期提供可靠依据，为弹性元件寿命评估试验技术提供了新思路。

Storage life is an important quality characteristic of weapon equipment and its components. Effective assessment of weapon systems life is of great use to increase the usability and reduce safeguard cost. Through theoretic and experimental research, in this paper, servo hydraulic pressure bellow is studied. Displacement load data are collected continuously by using automatic load system.The storage life of bellow tubes is evaluated effectively through analysis and data processing. It’s also a brand new direction to study similar elastic components.
