介绍了特种合金钢系列标准物质的研制过程。采用合理的冶炼锻轧工艺,选取不同部位的样品进行均匀性检验,确定了15种元素的认定值及扩展不确定度,并进行了线性、一致性考察以及与国内外同类标准物质的比对。结果表明,本套特种合金钢系列标准物质的均匀性良好,定值准确且有良好的梯度分布。
介紹瞭特種閤金鋼繫列標準物質的研製過程。採用閤理的冶煉鍛軋工藝,選取不同部位的樣品進行均勻性檢驗,確定瞭15種元素的認定值及擴展不確定度,併進行瞭線性、一緻性攷察以及與國內外同類標準物質的比對。結果錶明,本套特種閤金鋼繫列標準物質的均勻性良好,定值準確且有良好的梯度分佈。

The development process of special alloy steel series certified reference material (CRMs) was described. The reasonable smelting and forging technics were applied,the homogenity of the samples from deferent parts was studied, the certified values and expanded uncertainty of 15 elements were determined, linearity and consistency were tested. Also the CRMs were compared with other CRMs of the same kinds at home and abroad. The results showed that the homogeneity of developed certified reference materials was excellent with accurate certified values and good graded distribution.
