在一氧化碳还原气氛下,通过高温固相法合成了YAG:Ce3+,Pr3+黄色荧光粉。研究Pr3+的掺杂浓度(x)与助熔剂对该荧光粉光学性能的影响,实验结果表明:当Pr3+的掺杂浓度x≤0.012时,光谱强度随x增大而增强;当x>0.012时,光谱强度随x增大而减弱。同时还发现光谱的峰值和峰形不受x的影响,主激发峰位于468nm,发射峰位于530nm和610nm。在YAG:Ce3+荧光粉中掺杂Pr3+增加了荧光粉的红色成分。AlF3做助熔剂时,可以提高荧光粉的发光性能。

재일양화탄환원기분하,통과고온고상법합성료YAG:Ce3+,Pr3+황색형광분。연구Pr3+적참잡농도(x)여조용제대해형광분광학성능적영향,실험결과표명:당Pr3+적참잡농도x≤0.012시,광보강도수x증대이증강;당x>0.012시,광보강도수x증대이감약。동시환발현광보적봉치화봉형불수x적영향,주격발봉위우468nm,발사봉위우530nm화610nm。재YAG:Ce3+형광분중참잡Pr3+증가료형광분적홍색성분。AlF3주조용제시,가이제고형광분적발광성능。
The YAG:Ce3+,Pr3+ yellow phosphors were synthesized by high-temperature solid state reaction method un-der carbon monoxide reducing atmosphere. The influence of the doping concentration of Pr3+ ion and fluxing agent on phosphor’s properties was analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the intensity of spectra increases with the concentration (x) of Pr3+ ion when x is less than0.012, the intensity of spectra decreases with the increase of x when x is more than 0.012. It is also found that the parameters such as x do not affect the peak shape and peak locations, the main excitation peak locates at 473nm and the main emission peak locates at 538nm and 610nm. The red compo-nent and color rendition of YAG:Ce3+ phosphor were increased with the doping of Pr3+.The luminescent properties were improved with AlF3 as fluxing agent.
