道地药材是我国具有优势地位的自然资源和传统知识的结合体，虽然可以通过申报地理标志和证明商标而成为拥有知识产权的产品，但道地药材价值的实现必须得到商业资本的支持，同时，商业资本又干扰道地药材合理的市场价格。我国应当在积极引导商业资本与道地药材的有机结合，并采取许可销售和设立新型专业合作社等方式，维护道地药材的市场信誉与合理价格。

We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
