为在特定平面上得到圆形均匀辐照面,利用映射法构造了一种自由曲面反射镜。根据给定的工作距离、自由曲面反射镜和辐照面大小、光束准直角、光源发光特性等参数,由能量守恒定律建立自由曲面反射镜上各点与辐照面上各点的映射,结合光线反射的几何关系,得出自由曲面反射镜的面形数据,并对得到的自由曲面反射镜进行光线追迹模拟,光源采用7000W短弧氙灯,分别采用理想点光源和厂家提供的实际光源模型,最终得到了理想的圆形均匀辐照面,均匀性达到了97%,能量达到了2600W左右,在保证均匀性、工作距离、准直角度等参数的基础上,能量利用率与传统的匀光照明系统相比提高了三倍以上。
為在特定平麵上得到圓形均勻輻照麵,利用映射法構造瞭一種自由麯麵反射鏡。根據給定的工作距離、自由麯麵反射鏡和輻照麵大小、光束準直角、光源髮光特性等參數,由能量守恆定律建立自由麯麵反射鏡上各點與輻照麵上各點的映射,結閤光線反射的幾何關繫,得齣自由麯麵反射鏡的麵形數據,併對得到的自由麯麵反射鏡進行光線追跡模擬,光源採用7000W短弧氙燈,分彆採用理想點光源和廠傢提供的實際光源模型,最終得到瞭理想的圓形均勻輻照麵,均勻性達到瞭97%,能量達到瞭2600W左右,在保證均勻性、工作距離、準直角度等參數的基礎上,能量利用率與傳統的勻光照明繫統相比提高瞭三倍以上。

To get a circular uniform illumination on specific planar, a freeform surface reflector was constructed using mapping-method. According to the given working distance, the size of the freeform surface reflector and incident face, the angle of collimation and the characterization of the source, the mapping between the reflector and the incident face was constructed by the law of conservation and the reflector geometry,and then the data of the reflector was got also. The light source used 7000 w short arc xenon lamp, and the ideal circular uniform irradiation was got finally respec-tively using the ideal point source and the actual light source model provided by manufacturers. The Irradiance Unifor-mity reached 97%, and the energy reached about 2600 w, the energy of this system was three times more than the traditional lighting system with the same parameters.
