目的：探讨灌胃不同剂量枸橼酸西地那非（sildenafil ciltrate,Sn；商品名Viagra）后对大鼠性行为的影响，为ED药物治疗后性行为的变化提供动物实验数据。方法24只雄性Wistar大鼠，随机分为阴性对照组（蒸馏水）、Sn中剂量组和高剂量组；灌胃Sn后与发情雌鼠1：1配对，观察记录60min内雄鼠的捕捉潜伏期、乘骑潜伏期、捕捉次数及乘骑次数等性行为变化。结果与阴性对照组相比，Sn中、高剂量组均能缩短捕捉及爬高潜伏期，增加捕捉及爬高次数（P＜0.01）；且有量效关系（P＜0.01）。结论 Sn在增加勃起功能的同时，能够显著增强雄鼠的捕捉潜伏期、乘骑潜伏期、捕捉次数及乘骑次数等性行为，可用于评价勃起功能药物的治疗效果。
목적：탐토관위불동제량구연산서지나비（sildenafil ciltrate,Sn；상품명Viagra）후대대서성행위적영향，위ED약물치료후성행위적변화제공동물실험수거。방법24지웅성Wistar대서，수궤분위음성대조조（증류수）、Sn중제량조화고제량조；관위Sn후여발정자서1：1배대，관찰기록60min내웅서적포착잠복기、승기잠복기、포착차수급승기차수등성행위변화。결과여음성대조조상비，Sn중、고제량조균능축단포착급파고잠복기，증가포착급파고차수（P＜0.01）；차유량효관계（P＜0.01）。결론 Sn재증가발기공능적동시，능구현저증강웅서적포착잠복기、승기잠복기、포착차수급승기차수등성행위，가용우평개발기공능약물적치료효과。
Objective To observe the changes of sexual behaviours in male rats treated with Sildenafil Ciltrate through stomach irrigation and obtain the related experiment data for the treatment of ED.Methods A total of 24 males and 24 females, 4 months old Wistar rats were used in the study. The male rats were randomly divided into Group I (rats were treated with distilled water as the control), Group II and III( rats were treated with a dose of 10 mg/kg and20 mg/kg body weight Sildenafil Ciltrate, respectively). Then male and female rats were paired together. The sexual behavior of the male rats was observed in 60 minutes and recorded the following parameters: mount , intromission latency and mount , intromission frequency.Results Compared with that of the control, the mount and intromission latency were significantly shortened and the frequency were significantly increased (P<0.01), and moreover there was s dose-effect relationship (P<0.01).Conclusion Sildenafil Ciltrate significantly increased the erectile function as well as the sexual behaviours. It could be used to evaluate the treatment effect of erectile function drugs.
