选用8种柔软剂对经过染色的纯棉汗布进行柔软整理,测试并分析了不同的柔软剂整理对织物柔软度、液态水传递性能、透湿性、透气性、表面摩擦性能和折皱回复性等的影响。结果表明,对纯棉汗布柔软效果最好的是柔软剂FYD-900;不同的柔软剂整理对面料液态水传递性能、透湿性能、透气性能的影响差别较大;且不同柔软剂整理均使面料表面摩擦系数有所降低,即抗皱性略有提高。企业应根据面料的具体用途合理选择柔软剂,提高面料品质。
選用8種柔軟劑對經過染色的純棉汗佈進行柔軟整理,測試併分析瞭不同的柔軟劑整理對織物柔軟度、液態水傳遞性能、透濕性、透氣性、錶麵摩抆性能和摺皺迴複性等的影響。結果錶明,對純棉汗佈柔軟效果最好的是柔軟劑FYD-900;不同的柔軟劑整理對麵料液態水傳遞性能、透濕性能、透氣性能的影響差彆較大;且不同柔軟劑整理均使麵料錶麵摩抆繫數有所降低,即抗皺性略有提高。企業應根據麵料的具體用途閤理選擇柔軟劑,提高麵料品質。

We choose eight kinds of softener for softening finishing on dyed cotton single jersey. We test and analyze the influence on flexibility, the mechanism of liquid transport in fabric, water vapor transmission, air per-meability, surface friction properties, crease recovery and so on. The results show that the best softener for pure cotton knitted fabric is softener FYD-900. Different sofening finishing has different influences on the mechanism of liquid transport in fabric, water vapor transmission and air permeability. The surface frictional coefficient decreases after different softening finishing and the wrinkle resistance slightly improves. In order to improve the quality of fab-ric, enterprises should choose the softener according to the specific use of fabrics.
