针对网格针织物顶破性能的研究较少,而在多方向受力情况下顶破强力直接反映网格针织物在受外力顶压作用变形和破裂时的耐用性指标,鉴于此,对3种柔性金属网格材料进行了顶破试验研究。首先,分析了3种金属网格材料的顶破特征曲线和破坏形态;然后,阐述了顶破速度和受力面对金属网顶破性能的影响,以及顶破性能与拉伸性能的关系;并比较了3种金属网格材料的顶破强力。结果表明:镀金钼丝(MAL)的顶破强力优于不锈钢丝(FOL);随着顶破速度的不断增加,顶破强力逐渐减小;经编金属网正面的顶破强力大于反面;顶破性能与织物本身的拉伸性能及试样尺寸有密切关系。

This paper is mainly to study the bursting properties of three kinds of flexible warp knitting metal meshes. First, the bursting characteristic curves and failure deformation of three kinds of metal meshes are ana-lyzed; Then, bursting speed and positive-negative face of metal mesh are changed to investigate the bursting prop-erties of flexible warp knitting metal mesh, bursting strength of three kinds of metal meshes is compared. Finally, the relationship between bursting properties and tensile properties of the metal mesh is analyzed. Testing resuits show that bursting strength of the MAL is superior to the FOLs’; the bursting strength Gradually decreases with the increase of the bursting speed; Bursting strength in positive face of metal mesh is better than negative face;Bursting properties of metal mesh have close relations with its tensile property and specimen sizes.
