在介绍丝瓜络基本性能及化学成分组成的基础上，通过硫酸盐法将丝瓜络制成浆粕，并在黏胶纤维试验线上制备天罗丝。在单面大圆机上开发两款天罗丝针织内衣面料，介绍其编织工艺和染整工艺。同时通过对丝瓜络黏胶短纤维、天罗丝纱线及天罗丝针织内衣产品的性能检测，指出测试指标的各项数值均符合国家标准要求。从纺纱、织造、染整至成衣，这一丝瓜络生产新工艺，为纺织业新型纺织材料的应用提供了一条新的途径，具有良好的经济效益。

Based on the basic performance and chemical ingredient of Suakwa vegetable sponge, the paper pre-pares the Tianluo filaments on the viscose fiber production line by using the sulfate method. It develops two new kinds of Tianluo filaments knitted fabrics on the single circular knitting machine, and also introduces the knitting technology and dyeing and finishing process. Besides, the properties of Suakwa vegetable sponge spun fibers, Tian-luo filaments and knitted underwear are tested, and it points out that all indicators of products can meet the nation-al standard. The new production process of Suakwa vegetable sponge including spinning, knitting, dyeing and fin-ishing and apparel making can provide a new way for application of newly textile materials, which possesses good social benefit and economic profit.
