美国库拉索芦荟是芦荟品种中最优良的品种，其外形美观、肉厚质优。利用组培进行快速繁殖，结果表明：芦荟适宜分化增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L，芽多苗壮；生根培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L，生根快，10 d生根率达86%；移植基质以沙壤土∶草粪=2∶1为宜，移植成活率达90%以上。
미국고랍색호회시호회품충중최우량적품충，기외형미관、육후질우。이용조배진행쾌속번식，결과표명：호회괄의분화증식배양기위MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L，아다묘장；생근배양기위MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L，생근쾌，10 d생근솔체86%；이식기질이사양토∶초분=2∶1위의，이식성활솔체90%이상。
The Aloe of American is the best Aloe variety. It has beautiful appearance and thick and high quality flesh. Tissue culture was used for high frequency propagation. The results showed that the optimum medium for Aloe differentiation multiplying is MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L. The optimum medium for rooting is MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L. The rooting rate of Aloe grown in the medium for ten days is 86%. The suitable medium of transplant is sandy loam:grass manure=2:1. The survival rate after transplant is more than 90%.
