为了获取到高质量的刺五加总RNA,以叶片为试材,比较不同提取方法的提取效果。结果表明,改良的异硫氰酸胍法效果最优,方法简单、经济,通过该方法获得的总RNA能够很好的满足后续分子生物学实验的要求,试剂盒方法效果次之,CTAB法效果第三,Trizol法最差。
為瞭穫取到高質量的刺五加總RNA,以葉片為試材,比較不同提取方法的提取效果。結果錶明,改良的異硫氰痠胍法效果最優,方法簡單、經濟,通過該方法穫得的總RNA能夠很好的滿足後續分子生物學實驗的要求,試劑盒方法效果次之,CTAB法效果第三,Trizol法最差。

In order to get the high quality of total RNA of Eleutherococcus senticosus, the extraction effects of different extraction methods were compared by taking the leaf of E. senticosus as the test materials. The results indicated that the improved guanidine thiocyanate method is the best which is simple and economic. The total RNA extracted with this method can satisfy the requirements of the molecular biology of the follow-up experiments. And it is followed by the kit method. The effect of CTAB method is third, and the Trizol method is the worst.
