近年来，甘蔗联合收割机已在我国南方甘蔗种植区逐步推广使用，但由于工作环境恶劣，收割机故障率较高，严重影响收割机的工作效率。文章设计了能实时监测收割机动力系统、液压系统及自身重心偏移情况的综合保护系统，出现故障时能提示故障信息及处理方法，严重时自动停机保护，降低故障造成的损坏程度。
