以ECAS为基础，以WABCO4728800010两位三通电磁阀和Freescale的MC9S12D64微处理器为核心元器件，开发了一种模块式的空气悬架高度控制系统，并在matlab/simulink环境下进行了仿真验证。该系统的高度控制策略分为启动控制模块、动态调节模块、手动调节模块以及误差调节模块，由模式选择开关来决定不同模块的工作状态，逻辑控制准确、调试方便。模块式的设计大幅降低了系统的复杂程度，同时也将降低软件的开发周期和成本。
