Agricultural extension and application as improving their quality and an important part of the realization of agricultural mechanization, to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and new rural construction, are playing an in-creasingly important role. This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural promotion and application, combining Suining, Jiangsu Province Rice Transplanting reality, elaborated on China's agricultural extension and application of im-proved agricultural production and changes.
