用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出法制备马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)。研究了活性剂二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)对PP-g-MAH的影响,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热分析、熔体流动速率、酸碱滴定法等表征手段检测接枝物性能。FTIR结果显示,TMTD在接枝反应中起到活性剂的作用,没有接枝到PP分子链上。TMTD的加入提高了MAH的接枝率,在TMTD用量超过引发剂用量时能抑制PP分子链的β断裂。

Maleic anhydride graft polypropylene(PP-g-MAH) was prepared by melt-extrusion method in twin-screw extruder. The effect of Tetramethylthiuram Disulifde(TMTD) on PP-g-MAH was studied. The performances of the graft products were tested by FIIR,DSC,MFR and acid-base titration. The FTIR spectra test results show that TMTD play a role as the active agents in the grafting reaction,no grafted onto the molecular chain of polypropylene. TMTD improves the grafting ratio of MAH and can inhibit theβ-scission of PP when the content of TMTD is more than that of the initiator.
