通过对树脂基复合材料制品的内部缺陷CT成像特征的分析研究表明,工业CT技术能有效地检测出制品内部的夹杂、气孔、分层、裂纹、疏松等缺陷,并且能够精确地测定缺陷的几何尺寸、位置,对提高复合材料制品的质量,改进生产工艺有指导意义。
通過對樹脂基複閤材料製品的內部缺陷CT成像特徵的分析研究錶明,工業CT技術能有效地檢測齣製品內部的夾雜、氣孔、分層、裂紋、疏鬆等缺陷,併且能夠精確地測定缺陷的幾何呎吋、位置,對提高複閤材料製品的質量,改進生產工藝有指導意義。

The computed tomography(CT) imaging characteristics for internal defects of resin matrix composite products were studied and analyzed. The results show that industrial CT(ICT) is able to effectively detect various defects of the composites such as inclusion,hole,delamination,crack,porosity, et al. ICT can accurately determine the geometry size and position of the defects. The application has guidance signiifcance for improving the quality of composite products and production technology.
