以蠕变载荷、拉伸速度、蠕变时间、纤维测试长度为自变量,蠕变伸长率为因变量,采用均匀设计、多项式回归等方法研究了超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)纤维拉伸蠕变性能的测试方法,采用预测的因变量对不同线密度PE-UHMW纤维进行测试,结果表明回归模型优化的自变量参数能够用于测试PE-UHMW纤维的拉伸蠕变性能。
以蠕變載荷、拉伸速度、蠕變時間、纖維測試長度為自變量,蠕變伸長率為因變量,採用均勻設計、多項式迴歸等方法研究瞭超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)纖維拉伸蠕變性能的測試方法,採用預測的因變量對不同線密度PE-UHMW纖維進行測試,結果錶明迴歸模型優化的自變量參數能夠用于測試PE-UHMW纖維的拉伸蠕變性能。

Uniform design and polynomial regression were used to research the test method of the tensile creep of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW) ifbers. The creep load,drawing speed,creep time and ifber test length were used as the independent variables,and the ration of creep elongation was used as the dependent variable. PE-UHMW ifbers with different linear density were tested by using predict ependent variables. The results show that independent variables of regression model can be used to test the tensile creep properties of PE-UHMW ifbers.
