通过研究不同的模具温度对尼龙(PA)66制品力学性能的影响,得出了制品的压缩强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度随模具温度变化的规律,找出了使PA66制品的压缩强度达到最佳的模具温度范围,为提高产品质量奠定了基础。
通過研究不同的模具溫度對尼龍(PA)66製品力學性能的影響,得齣瞭製品的壓縮彊度、拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率、彎麯彊度、缺口遲擊彊度隨模具溫度變化的規律,找齣瞭使PA66製品的壓縮彊度達到最佳的模具溫度範圍,為提高產品質量奠定瞭基礎。

By studying the effect of different mould temperatures on the mechanical properties of nylon 66 products,the rule that the compression strength,tensile strength,elongation at break,bending strength,and notched impact strength changed with the mould temperature was found out,and the best mould temperature range to achieve the best compressive strengh of nylon 66 products was found out. The foundation is laid for improving the quality of the nylon 66 products.
