近年来由于体育教育教学方法的改革和发展，高校篮球的教学方法与训练技术都的得到了进一步发展和提高，但是在进步过程中仍旧出现了不少问题，随着这些问题的积累，严重阻碍了我国高校篮球的发展，以及篮球教学与训练方法的创新。所以，必须仔细研究当下高校篮球教学与训练的方法，以得到更加创新的教学与训练方法，促进高校篮球的进步和发展。文章首先分析了现阶段我国高校篮球的教学和训练的现状，并从中发现问题，然后应对问题提出解决办法和创新性教学、训练方法。

In recent years due to physical education reform and development of teaching methods, college basketball teaching methods and training techniques to get the further development and improvement, but the process is still in progress, there were many problems with the accumulation of these problems, serious impediment to the development of China's college basketball, as well as basketball and innovative teaching and training methods. Therefore, we must examine the current college basketball teaching and training methods to be more innovative teaching and training methods, to pro-mote the advancement and development of college basketball. The article first analyzes the stage of China's college bas-ketball teaching and training status, and discover the problem, and then respond to questions put forward solutions and in-novative teaching ,training methods.
