采用正交试验设计方法研究了聚氧化乙烯( PEO)水溶液的无针头直线型静电纺丝中5种因素对成纤直径的影响。试验结果表明:对直径的影响程度顺序为发射端直径>溶液浓度>接收距离>发射端转速>纺丝电压,其中发射端直径、溶液浓度和接收距离影响显著;纤维直径随发射端直径、溶液浓度及发射端转速的增加而增大,随纺丝电压的升高而降低,随接收距离的增加先增大后减小。 PEO水溶液在发射端直径0.37 mm,溶液PEO质量分数6%,接收距离50 cm,纺丝电压40 kV,发射端转速6 r/min工艺条件下进行无针头直线型静电纺丝,可以制得直径较小的纤维。

Using orthogonal array design , the effects of thread diameter , applied voltage , spinning distance, solution concentration and speed were investigated on the diameter of PEO nanofibers made by the needleless thread electrospinning .According to the visual analysis and the analysis of variance , it was indicated that diameter of thread , solution concentration and spinning distance were the most significant factors , and followed were applied voltage and speed .The fiber diameter increased with the increased diameter of thread, solution concentration or speed and decreased with the increased applied voltage .The PEO solution under the a certain process condition ( thread diameter 0.37 mm, PEO mass fraction 6%, spinning distance 50 cm, applied voltage 40 kV, speed 6 r/min) , the smaller diameter fiber could be made by electrospinning .
