目的:研究通过比较宝石能谱成像(GSI)质量控制(QC)图像及单能图像与常规CT成像质量物理参数的异同,探究GSI质量控制图像及单能图像是否具有常规CT成像的诊断价值。方法:使用GE公司生产的Discovery CT750 HD机型的GSI模式和常规成像模式进行扫描,获得QC图像、单能图像和常规图像。采用美国体模实验室生产的Catphan 500 CT质控体模测量物理成像参数,评价图像质量。结果:GSI模式提供QC图像的CT值准确性、噪声参数和高对比分辨率与常规CT图像接近,但对比度噪声比(CNR)仍存在较大差异。单能图像在70~80 keV条件下所获得CT值准确性和图像分辨率与常规CT成像接近,随着能量(keV)增加图像参数与常规CT图像相差较大。结论:在采用GSI模式下的QC图像代替常规CT进行诊断时应考虑到低对比度的差异。

Objective:GSI technique has showed great advantages in clinical usage, but research on imaging quality of this technique was just started. The purpose of this study was to compare physical metrics of different image mode and to evaluate whether QC image of GSI and single keV image had the clinical value of normal CT image. Methods:Catphan 500 CT QC phantom was examined on Discovery CT750 HD (GE Healthcare, Waukesha, USA);QC images and CT monochromatic images were acquired by GSI mode and compared to routine images. Results:CT value, image nose and detail resolution of GSI QC image were close to that of normal CT image, but with difference of CNR. CT value and image resolution of single energy image between 70-80 keV were close to that of normal image. With the increase of keV differences became more significant. Conclusion:The difference of low contrast of image should be considered when using QC image of GSI to simulate normal CT image.
