目的：研究超声刀在乳癌保乳术腋窝淋巴结清扫术中的安全性与效果。方法回顾性分析2008年7月~2013年7月本院80例乳癌保乳患者的临床资料，观察超声刀及电刀进行腋窝淋巴结清扫的指标，分析引流液性质。结果研究组在腋窝引流量、拔管时间、住院时间上均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，引流液初期为渗出液。结论超声刀在腋窝淋巴结清扫术中安全，可以缩短拔管时间及住院时间。
목적：연구초성도재유암보유술액와림파결청소술중적안전성여효과。방법회고성분석2008년7월~2013년7월본원80례유암보유환자적림상자료，관찰초성도급전도진행액와림파결청소적지표，분석인류액성질。결과연구조재액와인류량、발관시간、주원시간상균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，인류액초기위삼출액。결론초성도재액와림파결청소술중안전，가이축단발관시간급주원시간。
Objective To investigate the use of ultracision harmonic scalpel in axillary lymph node dissection inmastectomy of breast cancer. Methods During July 2008 to July 2013,eighty breast cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively.The total volume of axillary dissection with ultracision harmonic scalpel or electric scalpel were observed and drainage fluid properties were analyzed. Results Axillary drainage duration in ultracision harmonic scalpel group is better than the control group in subaxillary drainage volume,the drainage duration and hospital stays, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The early days of drainage fluid was percolate. Conclusion The use of ultracision harmonic scalpel in axillary lymph node dissection in mastectomy of breast cancer is safe and can shorten the drainage duration and hospital stays.
