针对通用桥式起重机主梁的稳定性问题进行分析,通过对比国内外双梁桥式起重机主梁横隔板的结构形式、布置方式和加工工艺,优化相关手册和设计规范的规定范围,推荐了横隔板形式以及布置间距,改善了横隔板的加工工艺,进一步实现桥式起重机的轻量化设计。并通过有限元屈曲分析求得桥式起重机主梁在典型工况不同模态下的屈曲系数,分析验算其局部稳定性。
針對通用橋式起重機主樑的穩定性問題進行分析,通過對比國內外雙樑橋式起重機主樑橫隔闆的結構形式、佈置方式和加工工藝,優化相關手冊和設計規範的規定範圍,推薦瞭橫隔闆形式以及佈置間距,改善瞭橫隔闆的加工工藝,進一步實現橋式起重機的輕量化設計。併通過有限元屈麯分析求得橋式起重機主樑在典型工況不同模態下的屈麯繫數,分析驗算其跼部穩定性。

Analysis for girder stability is performed for the bridge crane.Through comparison of the structural shape, arrangement method,and processing technology for the girder diaphragm plate of double-girder bridge crane at home and a-broad,by optimizing the specified scope in related manual and design specification,the shape of diaphragm plate and ar-rangement spacing are recommended,to improve its processing technology,hence to further implement light-weight design of the bridge crane.The buckling coefficient of girder under different modes of the specific working condition is worked out through finite element buckling analysis,with the local stability analyzed and verified.
