以桥式起重机为评价对象,首先从桥式起重机自身的能耗状况出发,主要包括起升机构的能耗、小车运行机构的能耗、大车运行机构的能耗,再结合桥式起重机不同的使用工况,综合考虑桥式起重机在使用过程中能量守恒的原则,建立基于全生命周期的桥式起重机节能评价指标体系,该桥式起重机节能评价指标体系囊括了桥式起重机的设计、制造、使用和维护4个阶段。文中最后提出了桥式起重机节能评价指标体系后下一步具体的研究工作。

With a bridge crane as the evaluation object,the paper introduces its energy consumption situation in the lifting mechanism,trolley travel mechanism,crane travel mechanism.Considering different working conditions of the bridge crane and the energy conservation principle during the operating process of the bridge crane,the energy-saving evaluation system of bridge crane based on life cycle is built,which covers four stages of the bridge crane such as design,manufac-ture,application,and maintenance.The paper finally puts forward the next research details after the above-mentioned en-ergy-saving evaluation system.
